The Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 2 Award in Sake is a two day course covering all the main categories of sake styles, examining the influences of production methods on each different category, and exploring traditional and modern elements of sake service in Japan.

It’s perfect for people in the restaurant and hospitality industries who want to master all the sake basics and expand their skill set, as well as consumers and sake enthusiasts who want to better understand this amazing drink. 18 premium sakes will be tasted as part of the course.

The course is taught by the BSA’s own Sarah Stewart, WSET Certified Educator, Head of Sake at West London Wine School. Sarah’s students have a 100% pass rate for the Level 1 & 2 Sake course, with over 95% of students receiving Distinction or Merit!
