Likely our last event as we head into the summer holidays, this will be a wonderful chance to get together with fellow BSA Members and sake-lovers alike — all while savouring the perfect marriage that is sake and sashimi.

• Premium Louët-Feisser oyster, and a plate of Oeno Maris’ curated sashimi selection including traceable Spanish Blue fin tuna, both Akami and Chūtoro, Japanese Hamachi, Scottish Loch Duart Salmon, and Sicilian Gambero Rosso
• All the trimmings! — fresh wasabi, nama shōyu, tosazu, and a bowl of rice
