The Japan Sake Association is offering its Certified Sake Expert Course online in the UK and Europe this March with The Sake Salon UK. The course will be taught by Miho Okawa, JSA Master Lecturer in English, and will run over three weekend days. The course fee includes premium sake samples from Sorakami that can be shipped by courier anywhere in the UK and Europe.
British Sake Association members can get 20% off the £275 course registration fee.
