In this masterclass, we will taste five different sakes from Yamagata Prefecture’s Yonetsuru Brewery, accompanied by a selection of hot and cold Japanese-inspired canapés, while hearing all about the critically acclaimed brewery from Umezu-san himself.

Though never before introduced to the U.K. market, Yonetsuru Brewery is renowned throughout Japan and globally, holding over 180 domestic and international sake awards. Most recently, Yonetsuru’s Sparkling Rose was awarded a gold medal at the 2022 International Wine Challenge, while the brewery’s Junmai Daiginjo took bronze.

Umezu-san has generously agreed to hold this London masterclass exclusively for our British Sake Association members and friends. Places are extremely limited, and booking priority will be for BSA members. We hope you will be able to join us for this one-of-a-kind event.

Important note: due to the short notice of this Masterclass, refunds will not be possible after payment has been made.
