To celebrate the opening of its new terrace, Ukiyo is launching Cavi Hour on Wednesday 22nd July – a new weekday ritual designed for early evenings in Covent Garden. Running Monday to Friday from 4pm–6pm, guests can enjoy a bump of Umai Caviar paired with a choice of Akashi Tai Sparkling Sake, Telmont Champagne or Saicho Sparkling Tea, alongside bottle and tin pairings for those looking to make an evening of it.
