We are excited to announce that Le Cordon Blue will be hosting an evening of Asian Food and Spirits Matching on the 14th April with BSA’s very own Marie Cheong Thong, and Chef Taipo Wong.
The evening will include three Asian dishes demonstrated by Chef Taipo, which will be paired with a variety of sake, shochu and baijiu by Marie. The event is free to attend, but you must register your in advance if you wish to attend in person or online. All of the event and registration details are below.
