Cheese and wine: the perfect combination, right? Not necessarily…!
Join us to explore the fantastic and often missed synergy of pairing cheese with sake. Sake has unique properties that allow sublime pairings with cheese. Five different sakes with five different cheeses will really give us the opportunity to discover just which combinations work best.
