Each course will be paired with a different whisky. The dinner will be hosted by Nikka’s Ambassador Mikey Pendergast, who will introduce each expression and share the craft and philosophy behind one of Japan’s most respected whisky houses.
Tickets are £80, with a 10% for BSA members and include: Welcome Nikka Highball, full omakase tasting menu, four Nikka whisky pairings, and Japanese whisky masterclass.
