A British Sake Association Maytime Dinner Monday 15th May 2017

With sakes selected and presented by Oliver Hilton-Johnson of Tengu sake at Anzu  in the newly-created St James Square close to Piccadilly Circus. Anzu is the latest restaurant  from Yen Yamada and Emma Reynolds, the duo behind Tonkotsu Ramen, and is their first foray into fine dining, with an emphasis on teishoku, set menus (see press release here).

Spinach & Sesame Gomae
