The BSA Board & Committee would like to thank all our fantastic exhibitors for your enthusiasm and contribution, and every guest who attended the Grand Tasting. This year, we have a record number of exhibitors that have participated in the Grand Tasting – a total of 35 exhibitors, and more than 200 people have attended the night.
We would also like to express our deepest gratitude to all the speakers for the enlightening masterclasses; Itoh-san from Takara for the engaging discussions of brand innovation and product development in a large sake company, Yamamori-san from Dassai and the conversation about Dassai’s project on the future of rice farmers, and Francois and Michael for making a premiere launch of “Zasshu” in the Grand Tasting.
With each passing year, the UK’s sake community continues to grow, and we eagerly anticipate the exciting possibilities 2026 will bring.
