It is with deep appreciation that we bid Brian Smith a happy retirement from the BSA, as our Company Secretary and Honorary Treasurer. Brian has worked for us on a voluntary basis for fifteen years (a long time!), for which we are hugely grateful. In that time, Brian has kept all legal aspects of the BSA running smoothly, as well as keeping track of the Association’s finances.
We know many of you will miss his cheerful countenance as he used to welcome members and guests at events. We wish Brian a long and happy retirement on his allotment, where he will now be able to concentrate more fully on his vegetables!
Brian will, of course, retain his Honorary Life membership of the BSA and we all look forward to seeing him again at future events.
