Learn all this and more during the WSET Level 1 Award in Sake, coming up on Sunday 8th June at West London Wine School. This fun one-day course taught by the BSA’s own Sarah Stewart covers all the sake basics in a fun and approachable format, with no prior sake knowledge needed – you’ll learn everything you need on the day to ace the short test held at at the end of the day. You’ll sample 8 premium sake across a range of styles on the course, while learning how to taste using WSET’s Systematic Approach to Tasting Sake. You’ll also practice sake and food pairing and experience tasting sake served at different temperatures!

This course is perfect for sake enthusiasts who want to learn more and enhance their enjoyment of this fabulous beverage, as well as those in hospitality wanting to expand their expertise into the sake category.
