WHAT IS SO UNIQUE ABOUT THIS COURSE?

Like other sake classes, we will learn about basic knowledge of sake such as ingredients, production of sake and tasting.

However, what makes SSI’s courses different from other sake classes is that it focuses on how to serve sake. For this reason, we will discuss together the temperature at which sake is served, how to choose a vessel, the different serving methods depending on the type and taste, food recommendations, and promotional ideas.

The truly fun and exciting course content has been very well received by participants.

We are very grateful that in the past we have had students from overseas such as Canada, France, China, Brazil, the United States, Portugal, and Australia came to the UK to take our course.

When we are studying how to promote and serve sake, we are trying our best to make sure that it is applicable not only to exams but also to practice at working environment or at home with your family and friends. We respect individual opinions as much as possible, allowing every student to learn freely and enjoyably.

So, not only those who want to know more about sake, but also those who want to become a sake connoisseur and be able to talk about sake well, please come and study with us in our course.
