
Prepare yourself for a career in the restaurant, beverage, or food industry with our Certified Shochu Adviser course. This course provides the fundamental background knowledge on shochu ingredients, history, and production. Throughout the session, students will sample premium Japanese shochu from sweet potato, barley, rice, buckwheat, and sugarcane. At the end of the course, students will gain the ability to speak about varieties and service of shochu.

The course fee includes shochu advisor’s official study materials, classroom tuition, revision, shochu samples, examination, certification and postage.
The course will be taught by none other than Marie Cheong-Thong (Chairman of The British Sake Association) – WSET Certified Educator for International Sake School.
At least 20 premium shochu will be tasted as part of the course.
