
This intermediate-level WSET Level 2 Award in Sake course is for those entering a profession in the sake industry as well as for enthusiasts who wish to broaden their knowledge in a structured way. You will learn how to confidently describe, as accurately as possible, what the sake products mentioned in the course taste like. You will also become a competent and confident sake taster and start the journey of learning the links between aroma, taste and touch to the theory of production.
Date: 8 & 9 February 2025, from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm on both days, with a 1 hour lunch break

Exam Date: Online Exam, Sunday, February 23, 2025 – 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm GMT London time
The course fee includes WSET’s official study materials, classroom tuition, revision, sake samples, examination, certification and postage.
The course will be taught by none other than Marie Cheong-Thong (Chairman of The British Sake Association) – WSET Certified Educator for International Sake School. The school has a 100% pass rate for the Level 1 Sake course; and most of the Level 3 Sake students have passed with “Distinction” or “Merit”!
At least 18 premium sakes will be tasted as part of the course.
The “WSET Level 2 Award in Sake” qualification is accredited by the UK Government’s Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual).
