The Talent Supper Series with the Chairman and Chef Akemi Yokoyama

With great pleasure BSA has secured for just one evening the talented Chef Akemi Yokoyama who will create, and recreate some “out of reach” recipes from the repertoire of Sake Samurai Marie Chiba the hottest chef Izakaya owner in Japan. She does sake matching dishes the “scientific way”.

These will be matched with some very very special sakes hand carried back from the USA by Marie Cheong-Thong, our BSA Chair who visited these brewers recently. Many, limited editions not available for sale to the general public. Izakaya style eating with kaiseki splendour.

The “menu teaser” includes Akemi’s homemade – tofu, shoyu, a variety of aged miso, shiokoji and lots lots more. Wagyu beef is on the menu together with her sushi. Homemade pickles and even mitarashi dango. Menu to be finalised.
